Before moving into consultancy, I spent more than twenty years in senior leadership roles across major public and impact sector institutions. That experience connected me to some of the best people around and gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to lead in complex, value-driven environments. It also means I know what really helps Leaders set direction, inspire confidence and deliver exceptional results.
This practical insight now drives the support I provide to Leaders who want to sharpen their strategy, strengthen their brand and manage risk with confidence.
I also bring a deep understanding of how Boards operate. My extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director in both the public and impact sectors has shown me how Boards and Executive Teams work best together and how mission, vision and strategy turn into real, measurable action – transforming your organisation and both its, and your, profile.

Outside of my professional work, I am a proud Eastbourne resident and an active member of the community. I care deeply about the place I call home and I put time and energy into supporting both local and national charities as a Non-Executive Director as well as connecting people who can make a difference together.
That same instinct to bring people together translates directly into my work, helping clients build meaningful relationships and expand their reach. I am a serial networker and not ashamed to say so!
I am a strong believer in the positive impact that movement, community and the outdoors can have on wellbeing. This focus on balance and resilience shapes the way I work with Leaders, encouraging approaches that feel sustainable, human and grounded in real life.
