My back story

With many years senior leadership experience in large public and third sector institutions, I intimately understand the multifaceted challenges that leaders in value-based organisations face. I have led large multi-site teams in marketing & communications, customer service, business development and IT and have led on organisational strategy and culture for many years. 

My tenure as a non-executive director of three charitable organisations has enriched me with a deep understanding of the intersection between board and operations, enabling me to provide counsel and support on mission, vision and strategy development. It has also enabled me to further enhance my external engagement and networking skills, delivering connections and outstanding outcomes for these exceptional organisations. 

Beyond the professional realm, I’m a dedicated seaside dweller and a community enthusiast, contributing to my community in as many ways as possible. I’m also on a mission to get fitter and am a huge advocate of the benefits to mental health that exercise, community involvement  and the outdoors can bring.
